Porterage of one suitcase per person, tips to guides and drivers on USA mainland tours, hotel accommodations, motorcoach transfers throughout as indicated, entrance fees to all places visited as mentioned in the itinerary and meals wherever mentioned in the itinerary are included. Airline costs are separate and are subject to availability, penalties, and restrictions.

On International tours, tips to guides and drivers and International departure taxes are not included in the tour price but will be added in the final billing. On escorted cruises, our cruise specialist will brief you on what tips and taxes are included and what tips you will handle on your own.

Royal Adventure Travel, Inc. will send you a letter confirming receipt of your deposit. Land and/or air prices are subject to change without notice should the airlines and/or land operator rates change. Please advise us immediately if you are purchasing “land only” arrangements and let us know of your own air schedule. Some tours offer low bulk air fares that are instant purchase and non-refundable. If you plan to take advantage of the savings, you may have to purchase your air tickets within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation. Tickets are subject to airline penalties and restrictions. Be advised, some tickets are non-refundable and changes will not be permitted.

We reserve the right to change airline carriers and/or land operators with or without notice.

A final invoice will be mailed to you approximately 10 to 12 weeks before departure. Your balance of payment is due within 7 days upon receipt of the statement.

**Deposit & Payment: A deposit of $100 per person on USA tours must accompany your reservation form. The deposit is $200 per person for Japan and Australia and New Zealand tours. The deposit is $300 per person for European tours. Please note your travel consultant’s name on your reservation form as this is your future contact for information and assistance.

Rooming: Please note that many hotels are equipped with one or two beds with bath. Triple and quad accommodations are based on utilizing existing bedding. Quad arrangements are usually designed for families with small children under 12 years of age utilizing 2 double beds. If you are a single traveler and wish to share room accommodations, we must accept your application as a single. If a suitable roommate can be found, the difference will be refunded.

Tips: On all tours, tips to the Royal Adventure escort is not included and left to your discretion.

Cancellations: In the event that any tour fails to have a sufficient number of tour members, Royal Adventure Travel, Inc. reserves the right to either combine our group on a seat per capita basis and travel with another organized tour or cancel the tour. This decision is at the sole discretion of Royal Adventure Travel, Inc.

Tour members canceling from any of our USA tours to the 48 contiguous states and Alaska up to sixty (60) days prior to departure, we will refund in full, less any air tickets that were purchased on an instant purchase, non-refundable basis or any penalties as imposed by the airlines. For any cancellation within forty-five (45) to fifty-nine (59) days of departure, the deposit will be forfeited plus an additional 20% penalty per person. For any cancellation within thirty (30) to forty-four (44) days of departure, the deposit will be forfeited plus an additional 50% cancellation penalty per person. No refunds are available for any cancellations within thirty (30) days of departure.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend travel insurance for all tour members on our escorted tours to protect you from cancellation penalties. Please note that many airlines and tour operators make no exception for cancellations due to illness or death.

Responsibility: Royal Adventure Travel, Inc. acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons, in arranging for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, and any other services, and as such, is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing, or other services which are a part of the tour. Rates quoted are based on tariffs current at time of printing and are subject to changes therein at or before time of final payment. Royal Adventure Travel, Inc. expressly reserves the right to withdraw any tour or to make any change in such tour, with or without notice, that may become necessary, including substitution for accommodations or transportation. No carrier with whom transportation shall be arranged in connection with this tour shall have or incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking the tour except its liability as a common carrier.
