• Print out the reservation form. Complete it and mail it in with your deposit for the tour that you are interested in. An acknowledgement and information pertinent to your tour will be mailed to you upon receipt of your reservation. The deposit for:
  • USA and Canada tours is $100 per person;
  • International tours(Japan and Australia and New Zealand) is $200 per person
  • International tours (Europe) is $300 per person

• Speak with a travel consultant or the escort for the tour or the specialist of the area that you are interested in.

If you have decided on a tour to participate in we encourage you to reserve a space right away. Only tours that have the required minimum of 25 participants within 6 months of departure will operate.

Tours that are guaranteed a departure early may have the advantage of having the participants being able to purchase airfares at a lower rate and when it is still available. Sometimes booking late may mean traveling earlier and meeting the group where the tour will begin if airline seats are sold out for the tour's departure date.
